Precisely fitting punching elements
A quick and easy way to create custom shapes is to die cut flat parts from our decorative panels. Thanks to our in-house die-cutting machines, we can serve different industries with individual die-cut elements. From seasonal motifs for the shopwindow, store floors for furniture to elements for the caravan sector.
Advantages of stamped parts
Individual
We serve a wide range of applications with our die-cutting process, so we can also implement your individual wishes. We are also happy to order cutting dies made exclusively for you, giving you even more room for creativity.
True to size
The punched elements have high accuracy and meet the highest quality requirements.
Smallest details
Depending on the material thickness and properties, even the smallest details can be punched. Curves up to 2mm in diameter, for example, are possible with many of our materials.
Large punching elements
With our machine we can punch polystyrene with up to 1,5 mm material thickness. The size of the possible panels is 1×1.7 m. We can outsource larger elements to our partners.
Which decors can be punched?
Not every material is suitable for die-cutting. For example: articles from the SIBUGLAS and OPACO-LINE product lines cannot be die-cut. The information whether a particular product can be die-cut, you can find in the technical table on the product page. If you are not sure whether the selected material is suitable, please feel free to contact us.
